Year 4 St Albans United Synagogue Trip

Today, our Year 4 students had an enriching experience visiting the St Albans United Synagogue in St Albans.

They thoroughly enjoyed their walk to and from the synagogue on Oswald Road.

This visit was directly linked to our Religious Education curriculum, specifically focusing on Judaism and its dietary laws.

During their time at the synagogue, the children explored the building, uncovered key messages from the Torah, and posed insightful questions.

Additionally, they learnt about the significance of food within the Jewish faith and had the opportunity to sample a selection of traditional food items.
