On Tuesday, Samuel Ryder Academy experienced a remarkable afternoon as we welcomed our netball partners, the London Mavericks, for the behind-the-scenes launch of their new inclusive kit.

This year, we have also updated our own PE kit to enhance inclusivity, ensuring that every student feels comfortable, confident, and represented in sports. Witnessing the Mavericks lead the way with their new design was a powerful moment for our community.

Our students had the opportunity to train alongside Mavericks superstars, learning what it means to perform at an elite level while championing inclusivity, representation, and teamwork.

We take immense pride in our partnership with the London Mavericks, which fosters opportunities through our Sports Academy pathway, inspiring our Sixth Form athletes to aim high, work hard, and lead with confidence both on and off the court.
